SHIPPING
1. General Information
All UK Mainland orders are sent within their designated shipping bracket found below (In Stock and Pre-Order) and are normally delivered within 2-3 Working days from despatch, depending on which delivery service is applicable. Our order cut-off time is 5pm UK Time.
1. In Stock: In Stock can be identified by the wording underneath the buy button stating "IN STOCK: Shipped Within 2-10 Working Days*". These items are on hand and are ready for despatch, however may feature a processing time of up to 10 working days. Orders can be expedited to be processed within 2 working days, with a payment of £9.99 for our express shipping option, or free for orders over £200.
2. Pre-Orders: Pre-Orders can be identified by the wording underneath the buy button stating "PRE-ORDER: More On The Way. Secure Yours Now!". These items are not currently on-hand, however are due for availability within the next 30-60 days. These items cannot be expedited immediately, but once they become available, you will be notified and the selected shipping option at check out will be applied.
2. Delivery and Despatch time + Cost

Should your item not be delivered within its promised delivery date, please allow an additional 2 working days for your order to arrive as it can be delayed due to high demand or unusual circumstances (Black Friday / Christmas, etc.). Always check with the courier first before contacting AVRRI if possible.
If your item is not despatched within its promised processing time, please reach out to us for an immediate cancellation and refund of your order. If your order has still not been processed within 20 working days, we will automatically cancel your order and inform you of this decision.
As a UK company, you will NOT be charged customs charges or duties when ordering from the UK. All stock is held within the UK mainland and no additional charges will be incurred by AVRRI.
Shipping prices for UK orders are final and you will not be expected to incur any further costs. This includes delayed, lost or misrouted items, as well as any re-delivery charges which will be paid for by Avrri in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
3. Order Processing

- We process orders within 10 business day's (excluding weekends and holidays) depending on speed chosen at checkout and availability. Pre-ordered items are processed within 2-3 business days of arrival in stock.
- All orders placed before 5pm will begin its processing the very same day
- Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
- If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at support@avrri.co.uk We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
- Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
