RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Easy 30 day return policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to Avrri within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions and exclusions below.

If your original item included free items, you must return all associated items for a full refund. The retail value of any free items you keep will be deducted from your reimbursement total.

For any change of mind return requests, you are fully liable for the cost of returning the items to us. For returns requested due to late deliveries, general inconvenience, damaged on arrival and other reasons of similar nature, you will be provided with a free returns label.

Return an Item in Person

Unfortunately, we are currently not accepting in person returns.

Eligibility Conditions

Please read conditions below. If all conditions are not met, Avrri Ltd. reserves the right to refuse the return. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact barcode) and must include all packing material and accompanying free items and accessories. The retail value of any free items you keep will be deducted from your reimbursement total. Avrri can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are refundable based on these terms.

Nonreturnable Items

  • Opened mailer bag. Due to the fact we do not seal our products for environmental reasons, if the mailer bag is torn or open in any way, we can not accept the return. This includes if the product has not been opened or tampered with in any way.
  • Any orders modified to customer specifications
  • Select special-order merchandise, or any item indicated on the website as nonreturnable

Defective or Damaged Items

Defective items may be exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same or a similar scent. Item's found damaged or defective within the first 30 days will have the returns label organised and paid for by Avrri Ltd.

Exchanges

Please allow 3-5 business days for mail-in exchanges to be processed.

Refunds & Credits

Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. In all cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. Please note: we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

Limited Liability

Avrri Ltd. is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise, however this data will be destroyed as expected as outlined in our privacy policy. Avrri Ltd. is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only. Also, claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise. Avrri Ltd is also not liable for any import charges or tax based on incorrect customs information being provided to the courier.

2. Cancellation Policy

 

Order cancellations are accepted at Avrri, but only if the order has not been shipped. You can only cancel your order if you have NOT received a "Your item has been despatched" email. You must notify Avrri as soon as possible in regard to the cancellation. Should an item be shipped, Avrri will attempt to have the item returned by the courier, however this is not guaranteed. Shipping fees or charges incurred in the case of a cancelled order being requested too late will not be refunded.

 

3. Right to Amend

 

Should any order have not been marked and notified to you as despatched, you are fully entitled to have your order amended. This includes but not limited to, your delivery address, quantity ordered and delivery speed.
