Manufacturers Warranty

In the unlikely event that you do have any issues with your smartwatch under warranty, AVRRI offers a speedy UK warranty that covers ALL of our watches for 2 Years. With our very own in-house repair team based in the UK, any warranty cases will be dealt with faster than most, without the need to be sent overseas.


1. What is covered?

Our warranty covers defects in materials, workmanship and general day to day usage, as well as advertised features that are not working as they should. This includes but not limited to waterproof watches that have suffered water damage under normal and advised usage.


2. What is NOT covered?

Our warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from any alteration, modification, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, exposure to excess moisture beyond advised usage, fire, imporper packing and shipping (such claims must be presented to the carrier to assist Avrri), lightning, power surges or other acts of nature, third-party applications, devices or damage to said third-party devices.

The warranty does not apply to: (i) cosmetic damages, such as scratches, nicks, stains or dents; (ii) consumable parts, such as batteries, unless product damage has occured due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (iii) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water (in excess of specifications), flood, fire, or other acts of nature or external causes; or (iv) damage to a product that has been modified or altered without the prior written permission of AVRRI.

The warranty does not cover any consumable products or freebies.

AVRRI is not liable for any damages resulting from a defect, such as inconvenience, loss of time, loss of use, loss of anticipated profit or loss of revenue because of policies or procedures in place. AVRRI are unable to offer any compensation as a result of this.


3. Used/As New Items

Our warranty policy for Returned Refurbished Items, Used Items or As New items we offer a one-month (30 days) warranty policy on the item. This means that if your item encounters any issues that were not mentioned in the original listing, then the item will be covered for the period stated. If the issue is as stated on the listing, then this will not be covered (Such as pre-existing water damage). Anything after this 30 days will also not be covered. The 30-day warranty policy starts from your first day of delivery. The return postage will need to be covered by you if the item needs to be returned. AVRRI will aim to fix the item under warranty, however if the item cannot be repaired, please note we will be unable to offer a replacement or upgrade this to a new item as these items are considered a one off. Therefore, we will issue a full refund back to you. The items are also covered under the same 30 days return policy where the return postage would also need to be covered by you.


4. Who is Covered?

Only the original purchaser of the product is covered under the warranty. The warranty is not transferable to subsequent purchasers or owners of this product unless bought as a gift. In this case, the warranty card provided MUST be filled in by the gift receiver and AVRRI must be notified of the full name and address of the new owner within 14 days of the purchase date.


5. What AVRRI will do under this Warranty?

AVRRI will, at its sole option, provide one of the following two remedies to whatever extent it shall deem necessary to satisfy a proper claim under this warranty:

  1. Elect to repair or facilitate the repair of any defective parts within a reasonable period of time, free of any charge for the necessary parts and labour to complete the repair and restore this product to its proper operating condition. You will have pay the shipping costs necessary to return this product once the repair is complete.

  2. Replace this product with a direct replacement or with a similar product deemed by AVRRI to perform substantially the same function as the original product.


6. What AVRRI will NOT do under this Warranty?

If this product is returned to AVRRI or the authorized dealer from which it was purchased or any other party authorized to repair AVRRI products, this product must be insured and sent with a TRACKED & SIGNED service or similar as AVRRI will NOT be liable for the costs of return or the loss of the product in transit until it has been signed for.


7. Limitation on Liability

The maximum liability of AVRRI under this warranty shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid for the product. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AVRRI is not responsible for direct, special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory.


8. Other Conditions & Your Legal Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from country to country or state to state. This warranty is void if:

  1. the label bearing the serial number of this product has been removed or defaced,
  2. the product is not distributed by AVRRI or

Please Note, the postage to return the goods back to AVRRI, will not be covered by AVRRI and must be covered by you. This return postage is non-refundable. This includes covering the cost of the postage to return the fixed/replaced goods back out to you once a solution has been provided. This includes ALL warranty cases.
